Why does Andessa Services Ltd need to collect and store personal data?
We need to collect personal data in order for us to provide you with a service, to answer enquires about our products and to maintain our records. In any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

Will Andessa Services Ltd share my personal data with anyone else?
We only collect personal data in order to process orders via our website or telephone. When ordering via our website, your personal data will also be collected by our website host Krystal Hosting Ltd in order to pass your order details to us. It will also be processed by PayPal who will process your payment before transferring funds to our bank account. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and it is necessary to supply your order details for delivery to be made. Andessa Services Ltd has never, and never will, share your details with any third party for the purpose of marketing. The only time we would share your details is if HMRC request it for audit or tax investigation.
How will Andessa Services Ltd use the personal data it collects about me?
Andessa Services Ltd will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will use your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to satisfy an order you have placed with us. Your details are then archived for such a time as required by HMRC.

How long will you keep my personal data?
Andessa Services Ltd will process personal data from the moment of receiving an order to the point of arranging delivery. We will continue to store only the personal data needed, for six years your order is completed, to meet any legal obligations. After six years any personal data not needed will be deleted/destroyed.

Andessa Services Ltd stores your data securely in a locked filing cabinet, in a locked office in our locked and alarmed building in the UK. We don’t transfer your data outside of the EEA.
